  • Only members of CSSCSA that submit entries by Monday, July 26, 2010 may participate.

  • Only swimmers that satisfy the Eligibility and Exclusion requirements of the CSSCSA by-laws, Article VI, Section H may compete in this meet.
  • No unattached swimmers.  

  • All swimmers must swim in their respective age groups.

  • Each team must assure that all of their swimmers have adequate medical/accident insurance and that all coaches have adequate liability coverage.

  • Each team must be able to verify submitted meet entry times via reconciled official results, e.g. proof of time

  • A swimmer who is found violating Eligibility and Exclusion requirements shall be disqualified FROM THE MEET and all points medals and ribbons will be denied the swimmer.  The team found violating eligibility will be denied the swimmer’s points.  The balance of the team’s points, ribbons, medals and trophies will be denied the team until the team has paid a fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per violation.

    Not withstanding the above, a swimmer may practice or compete on or after May 16th interscholastically or intercollegiately without losing their eligibility for the Summer Club Swim Meet.  A swimmer is required to swim in his or her age group for the State Summer Club Swim Meet.  All competitors must meet the qualifying times during the designated swim season as a member of their designated summer club team, and all swimmers must swim in at least two meets prior to the State meet as a member of their summer swim club team.  A swimmer and club must be prepared to show proof of time to the Clerk of Course if for any reason the entry time is questioned.
