Relay teams may have either:

1) an official time entered from a previous meet

or

2) a composite time based on individual event results

Relays entered with no time, "NT", will not be seeded nor entered in the meet. 

 Relay entries must be marked as the fastest to slowest, fastest being Relay A, second fastest Relay B, etc.  All relay entries must include relay swimmers names and alternates.  All Relay Swimmers must be on the athlete roster submitted with the entries.  In the event that a non-eligible swimmer participates, the relay will be disqualified.  

    If there are any changes to the swimmers listed, you have until thirty minutes before the start of the session wherein the relay will be swum to make changes.  If there is a change in swimmers, the new swimmer must have been listed as an alternate upon submission of entries.

    Relay Declaration Form will be in the Coach’s Packet which is available on the first day of the meet. Any relays that are found to have swimmers not originally submitted as the swimmer or listed as an alternate will cause that relay to be disqualified.
