Tent Set Up:

For your safety, you must check-in with the Meet Director upon arriving at the meet and prior to setting up a team tent.  All tent spaces will be marked accordingly.  Tents are ONLY allowed outside the fenced area on the SE side of Splash, as this area consists of buffalo grass, it is important that you plan on bringing tarps and secondary ground coverage to serve as a tent floor for your swimmers and parents, as well as inform all families and their swimmers wear shoes! 

Please note that while both the Jefferson County Sheriff and Golden City Police departments will be patrolling the Splash both Friday and Saturday evening, tents are left at each team’s own risk. 

Natural gas and sprinkler lines will be marked with spray paint!  Due to the gas lines and fire safety codes, there will be no smoking or use of fire (e.g. no BBQs) in tent areas. 

Additionally, tent spaces adjacent to fence will be tied off to alleviate puncture of gas lines. 

Space for Team Tents is available to all teams, yet tents should NOT exceed 20 x 20 feet in dimensions.
